Biggest Southern Hemisphere Natural Disaster

Imagem relacionadaCompatriots, at this moment, in addition to the innumerable challenges that the country faces, the Zona Centro needs our special and urgent attention. Difficulties in communicating with family and friends continue to be of great concern, but the appeal is that we concentrate on what is within our reach to do. While we are waiting for an urgent solution, we can also think of ready support for flood victims and #CycloneIdai
There are already some initiatives for which we can direct our support.

 IMPORTANT:
Be aware of any attempt to mock or otherwise exploit. Anything strange, denounce without mercy. Use your social networking accounts to share (Whatsap; Facebook; Twitter etc)

BASIC STEPS TO ORGANIZE A CAMPAIGN OF SOLIDARITY IN YOUR CIRCLE

1. Join a group of volunteers (committed and interested in supporting) so that the work is not to be difficult
2. Before collecting donations, make sure you have a safe place to store.
3. Make sure you have transportation to get the donations to the victims or organizations where they will channel everything that is collected.
4. Prepare a poster with important information (group name / association / movement, acceptable products, collection points and contacts for more information).
4.1 Choose easily accessible collection points such as schools, churches, etc.
If you work in a company / university / ministry or any other organization, place a box for the interested parties to deposit their donations. Then ask for a ride, if you do not have personal transportation, and get what you have collected.
5. For donors who can not channel to the * Muslim Community * or the initiative * United through Beira *, they can get to INGC.
When you channel to INGC, make sure they complete the delivery guide. Record quantities well. Take pictures and publish the quantities collected in your circle.
6. To call attention to the campaign, use your creativity. Make posters with boxes or any other medium. Approach supermarkets and other companies. Sensitize students and other groups or individuals to join the cause.
7. Use the means available for dissemination: Short videos, posters, participation in radio programs, TV etc.
8. On social networks, use the #CycloneIdai hastag so that people can search quickly and inform themselves about the different initiatives that are being carried out at the National level.
9. For those outside the country and still want to support, please use the account numbers provided and help people connect to other support groups.

Well, these are the most basic steps for us to render our solidarity to the affected provinces and hopefully have contributed in some way. There are several other initiatives that I could not mention, but also can join, the important thing is to do something.

There is no South and much less North without * CENTRO *.

Let's all support * Mozambique *.
