The oil industry expects to invest EUR 28 billion in natural gas projects in Mozambique over the next five years.According to the Information Agency of Mozambique (AIM), the investment will be centred on the Rovuma basin, where new reserves of about 200 trillion cubic feet of gas have recently been discovered.North American firm Anadarko will undertake the bulk of the investment, with Italian ENI and the Mozambican National Hydrocarbon Company also making significant contributions.About one-fifth of the total investment will address logistics, leveraging significant investment in a number of areas.
