Some say the current mayor of Quelimane spends more time outside the municipality. Can you comment? I'm in Quelimane and do my work and my flat patterns. I made a promise to citizens that are breathtaking hole Quelimane where you are and if I stay in the city sitting, I will not materialize this promise. My predecessor, Pio Matos, failed to take the city of mud because they do not get out of there. It was all the time in the municipality.
