Guebuza want moderate Muslim

The greatest significance of the tenth Congress of the Frelimo party, to be held in September this year, is likely to be from him that we'll know who the next President of Mozambique after the 2014 general election.  The current President, Armando Guebuza, complete this year his second term, and in accordance with the Constitution, he will be unable to compete. Thus, Frelimo has no choice but to find a successor. And just as Congress is held every five years, and is the body that makes decisions on who should lead the party for the purposes of 2014, this decision must be made in Congress this year.  It is important that such a decision is taken in this next Congress to allow the future candidate for president to start preparing for a rigorous campaign that will surely precede the general elections of 2014.  Post this framework, it is now know who the party will appoint to this task. Typically, in matters of succession, the current President should have a say. It is your responsibility to both head of state, because it fits in unforeseen circumstances to ensure that the vacancy of his seat, as there is someone prepared to take the reins of power and ensure the stability of the country.  But things do not always take place as well, depending on the correlation of forces within the party, it may be that other wills are necessary, and in these circumstances the President is obliged to submit to the will of the majority of the members of the party responsible for make such a decision.  Without that we are to claim deep knowledge of the facts, it seems, for all purposes, that if it were the will of Guebuza, the future Frelimo candidate would be the current Prime Minister Aires Ali  Aires Ali has been to assume a certain role in government action that does not allow us to draw any other conclusion. Unlike its predecessor, Luisa Diogo, and inevitably with the approval of his boss, Aires Ali has had the latitude to be able to replicate the style of governance open Guebuza, with trips to the provinces that seem to be carefully calibrated to permit their fuller .  But Frelimo is not a monolithic bloc, despite all efforts to present itself as such. The choice of Guebuza can not be accepted within the other blocks of power that certainly exist within the party. In this case, the dispute can be quite fierce, and future candidate may still be a big unknown.  In any case, it is important that things become clear and well defined at this congress. This, in a very simple reason: Mozambicans need to know in advance that the figure is intended to direct their destinies in the next five - and probably - ten years.   It is not just to know who the person is, but also his view on the various issues that constitute the national agenda for the next time. This applies not only to Frelimo, all political parties and hopes to achieve power have a duty to the Mozambicans.  So do not just say that Frelimo is to decide who their candidates because those candidates, once elected the popular vote, no longer represent only the interests of this (or another) party, to pass to national symbols.
