Two years carrying sand

There are roughly two years the Chinese company Great Waal Africa is exploring heavy sands in Dea, Inhassunge district, south of Zambezia province. During this period, the company claims that it is an experimental system and still not know what the results are, that is, if the product is good or not.
Know Daily Zambezia leaving large amounts out of the country, which is why we all want to know that experience is that it takes two years. It was there that climbed on Monday, the Associations Network offices for the Development of Zambezia (RADEZA), an organization that has followed step by step the exploitation of natural resources in this part of the country and made several interventions to defend the interests of communities and monitor how this being the operation done. Twice in a row, we were not physically approach the president of that network Daniel Maula. But in a telephone interview, we question this is his institution knew stage of exploitation of that resource process, or even on the Resettlement of the affected population and the construction of some infrastructure for the benefit of communities, as provided for the project.
To our surprise, Maula said so far RADEZA could not advance any information because he needed to go to the ground otherwise say something that did not live. In this conversation by telephone, the source promised that this time RADEZA this plan a trip to Inhassunge to live on the ground, that in May, then it will invite the press for concrete details. However, reports from Inhassunge are not pleasant and it's all government knowledge. In this vein, it was also not possible to hear the provincial director of Mineral Resources and Energy, Almeida Manhiça who was absent from her job when we got there. The question that remains is:

What the province wins at this point with this work? But we promise to hear the parties bringing the contours, as the Chinese use the port of Quelimane to make the transport of these goods and they need to be taxed by the Customs and other institutions. (Antonio Munaíta)
