French oil industry professionals visit Mozambique

A group of 30 French oil industry professionals are visiting Mozambique from the 7th of this month in order to deepen oil and gas cooperation with the country.The GEP-AFTP is an association of 250 French companies in the oil and gas sector.According to a press release received by AIM, this is the group’s second visit to Mozambique, and will focus on prospects for cooperation in the oil and gas sectors, as well as evaluating the business opportunities offered by the Mozambican market.“During its stay in Mozambique, the delegation will meet Mozambican authorities, public and private business sectors and hydrocarbon sector institutions in Mozambique,” the statement reads.“The group has 1,100 professionals in the gas and oil sector and its mission is to disseminate scientific and technical knowledge to its members,” the statement adds.
